Please use our booking page to schedule an in-home consultation. Available time slots are shown for the next 2 weeks in advance.

Please select a time, and leave the following details:

Then sit back and relax, our technician will be at your door to take care of the rest!

Payment will be charged at the conclusion of the booking, once you're satisfied with the resolution. If the issue can't be resolved, you don't pay!

To ensure a speedy resolution, it's recommended to have all your relevant details handy ahead of time, with your devices unboxed and powered on to make best use of the consultation time.

Please have any relevant logins/passwords handy to ensure they can be entered promptly when prompted by your technician. Also, ensure you have access to check emails if account recovery steps are required to be performed.

Easy! Click any of the “Make a booking” buttons here on the site, select a service (typically a 1hr IT Consultation), click ‘Book’, select a preferred time, fill in the required details and we’ll be there to take care of the rest!

We’re happy to look at most things of a technical nature. Typical jobs are included in Our Services above.

Generally anything that requires a certified installer (i.e. that requires installations/modifications to your home), anything requiring working at heights.

We charge based on consultation time. The price for each service is listed at the time off booking, and standard 1hr bookings can be extended in 15-min blocks if required.

No upfront payment is necessary, the callout fee is included in the standard 1hr IT Consultation, and payment is taken at the conclusion of the booking.

Payment will be collected at the conclusion of the booking. Credit card payment is preferred, though cash can also be accepted (however, please have exact change ready if paying by cash).

Most ‘standard’ issues we attend can be addressed in around 1 hour or slightly more. If, however, your issue is resolved much faster than this, we generally don’t refund unused time from an initial booking, as the callout fee is built into this. However, the unused time can potentially be kept in credit for use on any subsequent jobs that exceed 1 hour. We’re reasonably fair and flexible, and can discuss options like this at the time of the booking.

Generally we offer expertise rather than products. However, some common items are carried and may be available for purchase as part of a technical solution.
